摘要
简要介绍了生态需水量的研究背景和相关概念,结合水生态系统的服务功能,确定了水生态系统价值的计算方法。在此基础上,提出了基于生态价值的生态用水分配优化数学模型,对生态用水分配方法进行了探讨。
In this paper,we firstly introduce the research background and related concept about ecologicalwater demand,combining the hydroecological system services,develop and analyze theoretically a method for calculating the hydroecological value.According to the ecological value theory,amathematicalmodel optimizing distributionmethod for ecological water use based on theory of ecological value was brought forth, and the theory was discussed for studying the water resources utilization.
