摘要
研究盐酸克班宁注射液的化学稳定性。方法:采用HPLC法考察pH值及温度等因素对盐酸克班宁注射液稳定性的影响。结果:pH值及高温、低温对该注射液含量影响不明显,但高温使其色泽有较明显加深,其适宜pH值为4.4。结论:盐酸克班宁注射液易受高温影响,宜低温储藏。
To study the stability of Crebanine Hydrochloride injection; Method： the effects of defferent pH and temperatures to the stability of Crebanine Hydrochloride Injection were investigated by HPLC. Result：The effects of pH and temperature to the content of the injection were not obvious,but the color was deepened obviously in the storage condition of high temperature,and the optimum pH was 4. 4; Conclusion： Crebanine H ydrochloride Injection is sensitive to heat,and must be stored at low temperature.
