摘要
目的:探讨重楼提取过滤难及水解的问题;得到重楼总皂苷最佳提取工艺。方法:重楼水提取过程中加入酶A和复合酶B,解决其过滤问题;通过正交实验考察提取时间、提取次数、提取温度、溶媒用量、pH及药材粒度对重楼总皂苷溶出的影响。结果:酶A、酶B的交替使用可解决过滤难问题,提取率提高24.28%,两种酶的用量分别为酶A 1ml/kg生药,酶B2ml/kg生药;提取次数对重楼总皂苷的提取率有极显著性影响,粒度有显著性影响,其最佳提取工艺为粉碎成20目的药材用7倍量pH7的溶剂60℃提取3次,每次3h。结论:该工艺环保,可行。
Objective. To resolve the question of filtrating in water-extracting from Phizoma paris; to get the best water-extracting Technology of the total Paris Steroid Glycosides (TPSG). Methods. mixing enzyme A and enzyme B during the process of watere'xtracting; explore time endurance, times, temperature, the amount of solvent pH and the size of particle by orthogonal experiment . Result. The extracting rate of TPSG improved 24. 28%,the amount of enzyme A is 1ml/kg herbs, and the amount of enzyme B is 2ml/kg herbs. The best technology is following. 20 mu, 7 times water of pHT,extracting 3 times at 60℃ ,3 hour every time. Conclusion.The technology is practicable.
