均匀设计对茶叶咖啡碱戒毒制剂中药组方的配伍优化研究

Studies on Optimized Fromula of Tea Caffeine for Treating Drug Addicts by Well-distributed Design

采用均匀设计,研究茶叶咖啡碱与冰片、蛇毒的组方,寻找戒毒制剂的最佳配方。结果表明蛇毒是起主要镇痛作用的成分,茶叶咖啡碱具有协同镇痛作用。为茶叶咖啡碱用于戒毒提供了实验依据。

To research the ratio of tea caffeine, bornelo and snake venom in optimized formula for treating drug addicts by well distributed design. Results showed snake venom played the main role in analgesia,tea caffeine had the synergistic analgesic effect. The research provided the experimental basis of tea caffeine applied in drug withdrawal.
