葛根素注射液联合金纳多注射液治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

Evaluating Effect of Puerarin Injection and Ginaton on Treating Sudden Onset of Deafness

目的:探讨葛根素联合金纳多注射液治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:184例患者(共199患耳)随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用低分子右旋糖酐治疗,治疗组采用葛根素联合金纳多注射液治疗,均辅以扩血管药、神经营养剂等药物,15d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程、观察1个月后统计疗效。结果:治疗组耳聋痊愈52例,总有效率82%,对照组耳聋痊愈36例,总有效率65.31%.两组比较,治疗组对突聋及耳鸣、眩晕等并发症的疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素联合金纳多注射液治疗突发性耳聋有显著疗效。

Objective. To observe the effect of Puerarin injection and Ginaton on treating Sudden onset of deafness. Method： 184 casese of patients were randomly divided into control group who were treated with Iron Dextran Injection and the extract of Salvia and the treatment group who were treated with Puerarin injection and Ginaton. Both group underwent a therapeutic duration of 15 days intravascularly. Result. The total rat of effectiveness were 82. 18% and 65.31%. Compared to the control group, the rate of the hearing improvement and the relief of tinnitus and vertigo of the treatment group was significantly higher. Conclusion.. The combination treatment of Puerarin injection and Ginaton for sudden onset of deafness is a effective and safe clinic practice.
