刺络拔罐加TDP照射治疗带状疱疹37例

Treating 37 Cases of Herpes Zoster with Venesection Cupping CUP and TDP Irradiation

刺络拔罐加TDP照射综合治疗带状疱疹37例,与单纯围刺法治疗带状疱疹24例进行对照观察,结果总有效率治疗组为94.6%,对照组为70.8%。治疗组随访18例,对照组随访14例,无后遗神经痛分别为15例和4例,有后遗神经痛分别为3例和10例。治疗组对带状疱疹的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),对后遗神经痛的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。认为刺络拔罐加TDP照射综合治疗带状疱疹疗效显著。

The curative effect of treating herpes zoster 37 cases with Venesection cupping CUP and TDP irradiation have compared with treating herpes zoster 24 cases with simple punctuate cauterization. The result showed that the total rats of effectiveness in test group was 94. 60% and that in control group was 70.8%, which showed a statistically significant difference. The therapeutic in test group was better than that in control group. It may be regarded that venesection cupping CUP and TDP irradiation is eutherapeutic.
