生脉注射液合潘南金治疗心律失常53例临床观察

Clinical Observation on ShengMai Injection and Panangin Injection for 53 Patients with Cardiac Arrhythmia

目的:观察生脉注射液合潘南金注射液治疗心律失常的疗效。方法:对53例心律失常患者在用西医常规治疗的基础上加用生脉注射液合潘南金,并与西医常规治疗比较。结果:生脉注射液合潘南金组对主要症状的改善程度较好,治疗组总有效率为86.79%,对照组为62.59%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:生脉注射液合潘南金能有效缓解临床症状,控制心律失常。

Objective： To observe the treating effect of Shengmai Injection and Panangin Injection on Cardiac arrhythmia. Methods, 107 patients were divided randomly into two groups , which in the WM group treated by the WM therapy only , while those in the TCM and WM group were treated with Shengmai Injection and Panangin Injection. Results： The total effective rate of Shangmai Injection and Panangin Injection group was 86. 79% which was significantly better than the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Shengmai Injection and Panangin Injection could effectively improve the body symptom and control cardiac arrhythmia.
