摘要
目的:探讨儿童眼外伤相关因素,制定预防措施。方法:对10909例儿童眼外伤患者年龄、发病性质以及受伤视力程度进行分析。结果:儿童眼外伤占同期眼外伤患者的16·49%,其中钝挫伤占51·98%,穿通伤占27·57%,眼内异物占7·11%,外伤性白内障占7·64%,化学伤占1·57%,其他占4·13%。结论:有效预防和控制儿童眼外伤,对减少发病率和致盲率十分必要。
Objective： To study the relevant factors of children ＇s ocular trauma and make the effective precautionary measures. Methods： Analyze 10 909 pediatric ocular trauma from age, the type of occurrence, and the damage degree of the eyesight. Results： The number of pediatric ocular trauma in proportion to the total number of ocular trauma was 16.49%, in which caused by blunt objects accounting for 51.98%, perforating eye injuries 27.57%, foreign matter in the eyes 7.11%, traumatic cataract 7.64%, chemical objects 1.57%, others 4. 13%. Conclusion： To prevent and control children ocular trauma effectively is very important to reduce the rate of incidence and blindness.
