职业高中与普通高中生性知识及态度和行为比较 被引量:5

Comparison on sex knowledge, attitude, behavior,and demand between common high school students and occupational high school students

摘要 目的:比较普通高中和职业高中生在性知识、态度和行为方面的特点,为制定青春期健康教育措施提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,对海淀区3所普通高中426名及1所职业高中202名学生进行知、信、行问卷调查和分析。结果:职高生对生殖生理知识等问题的回答正确率明显低于普高生。职高生较普高生更为开放,对婚前性行为持认可态度的占调查人数的近76%,明显高于普高组,42%的职高生认为婚前性行为使爱情更牢固,与异性有拥抱、接吻等性接触的学生分别为27·7%与29·2%,10%的学生承认有过性行为。结论:职高生性知识知晓率低,又相对开放,更需要进行性教育。 Objective: To compare the sex knowledge, attitude, and behavior between common high school (CHS) students and occupational high school (OHS) students at Beijing Haidian district and to make up the sex education decision for the government. Methods: 426 CHS students and 202 OHS students were investigated and analysed on sex knowledge, attitude, and behavior by random cluster sampiing method. Results: OHS students had a lower sex knowledge scores than CHS students, and they were more open. Nearly 76% OHS students accepted pre-marriage sex behavior, and 42% of the students believed pre- marriage sex behavior make the marriage more stable. The marginal sex behavior such as embracement and kiss rate with partners were 27.7% and 29.2% respectively. The sexual intercourse rate was 10% among OHS students. Conclusion: OHS student have a lower sex knowledge score and are more open than CHS students. They are in much need for sex education.
