摘要
综述了近十年来纳滤膜技术在氨基酸和多肽分离与纯化方面的研究进展。多肽和氨基酸的纳滤分离过程受溶液物化性质、氨基酸和多肽分子尺寸、所带电荷以及膜孔径、膜带电状态等多种因素的影响,建立该过程的分离机理模型、组合并优化分离条件是当前研究的热点。
This article describes the research progresss in the last ten years of nanofiltration techniques for the selective separation and purification of amino acids and peptides. The nanofiltration processes are greatly affected by the physicochemical conditions of the solutions, the size and the charges of the amino acids and peptides, and the apertures and charged conditions of the membranes. Most of the present researches have been focused on the separation mechanisms and the optimum parameters of nanofiltration membranes for amino acids and peptides.
