实习护生针刺伤的现状调查及对策

Survey on Needlestick Injuries of Student Nurses and Preventive Countermeasures

目的 了解临床实习护生针刺伤的现状，探讨容易发生针刺伤的因索。以便采取有效的预防措施。方法 采用问卷法调查对福建省立医院2004-2005年214名临床实习护生进行现状调查，收集与针刺伤有关的具体环节，针刺伤发生的次数及发生针刺伤后所采取的护理措施。结果 90％的临床实习护生在实习过程中发生了针刺伤。其中发生于抽吸药液时72人次；拔针60人次；分离针头与注射器64人次；回套针头帽158人次；整理用物及处理废弃物106人次。结论 临床实习护生针刺伤发生率高．不规范的操作习惯是导致针刺伤的主要原因。

Objective To investigate the current situhtion about student nurses＇ needlestiek injuries and related factors which caused those injuries and to explore the effective preventive measures, Methods 214 student nurses in our hospital from 2004 to 2005 were investigated by questionnaires to collected the data on the occurrence of needlestick injuries , the procedures associated with the injuries and the measures which adopted after needlestiek injuries. Results 90% of the student nurses suffered at least one time of, the injury. The procedures associated with the injuries were removing needles after injection, drawing medicine liquid, capping the needles, removing the needles from syringe tubes and dealing with offals. Conclusion There were high incidence of student nurses＇ needlestick injuries. Occupational training on prevention for medical stuff should be strengthened.
