同期冠状动脉搭桥及心脏瓣膜置换围术期监护的体会

Perioperative Nursing and Monitoring for Patients Undergoing CABG and Valve Replacement Simultaneously

目的探讨同期冠状动脉搭桥及瓣膜置围术期护理。方法对5例同期冠状动脉搭桥及瓣膜置换围术期的护理方法进行回顾性的分析。结果充分的术前准备,密切细致的术后监护及术后早期的康复训练是保证手术成功的关键。结论行之有效的护理是保证手术治疗安全性和有效性的关键之一。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing and monitoring for patients undergoing CABG and valve replacement simultaneously. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out in 5 cases of patients undergoing CABG and valve replacement simultaneously in our hospital from May 2001 to June 2005 and nursing experience about perioperative care was summarized. Results 4 cases were cured without severe complication and 1 case died of multiple organ failure. Conclusion The operation success relies upon full preoperative preparation,intensive postoperative monitoring and early rehabilitation nursing.
