面向对象程序设计（ＯＯＰ）是九十年代程序设计发展的主流，Ｃ＋＋是面向对象程序设计语言（ＯＯＰＬ）中最流行的一种，但一些因素严重影响着Ｃ＋＋语言的普及使用，其中最主要的一点就是Ｃ＋＋缺乏实用、方便的公用类库、本文介绍了两个Ｃ＋＋语言类库的构造。

Object-oriented programming(OOP)shows great potential in 1990s.C++ is the most popular object-oriented programming language.But some aspects limited its use.One of them is that C+ + doesn't have a powerful library.This paper introduces two libraries including their design and structure.
