化学纤维的质量偏差在纺纱厂加工中产生的问题日趋增多,导致生产故障或生产率降低。AiF研究项目的目的是用纤维束拉伸试验来评价化学纤维在纱线生产过程中的加工质量。倘若仔细地准备丝束,观察规定的各个范围的丝束,拉伸试验能测定化学纤维批次之间的偏差。
Quality deviations of chemical fibers are generating a growing number of problems in processing in spinning mills. These can cause breakdowns in production or reduced productivity. The aim of an AiF research project was to assess the processing qualities of chemical fibers in yarn production processes by means of a fiber bundle tensile test. A tensile test can determine batch deviations for chemical fibers, provided there has been a careful preparation of the bundle observing the defined, narrow limits for the respective bundle.
