双向腔静-脉肺动脉吻合术的手术配合
Nursing Care for Bidirectinal Glenn Procedure
摘要
目的探讨70例双向腔静脉肺动脉吻合术的手术配合方法。方法术前做好患儿和家长的心理支持与指导,做好手术器械、用物准备;铺设变温水床,检查调试各种仪器设备的性能;选用大小合适的硅胶软垫保护骨突出部位;术中根据手术方式准确传递手术器械并记录尿量和出血量,注意输液、输血速度。结果70例手术均获成功。结论护士熟悉手术方法,应对各种变化,严格无菌操作,能够确保手术顺利进行。
