Implement Circular Economy to Realize Sustainable Development in Chinaabstract

20世纪90年代之后,建立知识经济和循环经济发展模式已经在国际社会蔚为风潮。发达国家正在把发展循环经济、建立循环型社会看做是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径。通过对循环经济产生的背景及其内涵的分析,指出应用循环经济是实现中国可持续发展的必由之路,是达到环境与经济“双赢”的最佳发展模式,最后对中国发展循环经济应采取的措施提出几点建议。

From nineties of the twentieth century, developing information economy and circular economy are very popular in the world. Nowadays developing countries are implementing circular economy to their eountries in order to realize sustainable development. On the base of analyzing the background and meaning of circular economy, this paper indicates that implementing circular economy is not only the only way to realize sustainable development in china, but also the best development mode to get the win-win between the environment and the economy. At last this paper proposes what should to be done on developing eiroulat economy in China.
