危险的游戏还是丛林法则

This paper studies cruelty of human beings on the basis of the story. In this story, General Zaroff is gentle on the surface, but rather conceited in his mind. He has kind of strong desire to control others and is a counterpart of Hitler. On the other hand, Rainsford is just another ＂General Zaroff＂. Both of them are distorted. Is it caused by the war or the nature of human beings？ This study attempts to give an answer to that question.
