强脊康对小鼠T细胞亚群的免疫调节作用研究

THE INFLUENCE OF CHINESE HERBS QIANG JI KANG ON SUBGROUP OF T-LYMPHOCYTES IN MICE

目的:研究中药复方强脊康对小鼠CD4+、CD8+T细胞亚群的影响,为其临床治疗强直性脊柱炎提供实验依据。方法:制备小鼠免疫超常和免疫抑制模型,随机分组,灌胃给药中药强脊康。采用McAb间接免疫荧光法,检测小鼠胸腺CD4+、CD8+T细胞亚群及CD4+/CD8+比值。结果:强脊康能够显著降低免疫超常模型小鼠胸腺CD4+、CD8+T细胞亚群及CD4+/CD8+比值,明显升高免疫抑制模型小鼠胸腺CD4+、CD8+T细胞亚群及CD4+/CD8+比值。结论:中药强脊康对机体亢进和抑制的细胞免疫功能起到双向调节作用。

Objective ：To investigate the influence of the Chinese herbs - Qiang ji kang on subgroup of T lymphocytes in the mice. Methods：in this experiment, the immunosthenic and Immunorepressire model in mice were established , and be taked with the Chinese herbs - Qiang ji kang . CD4 ＋ ,CD8 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ subgroup of T lymphocytes in the mice thymus were be observed by the way of McAb indirect immunofluorescence. Results： the results indicated that qiang ji kang was able to remarkably decreased CD4 ＋, CD8 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ of the the immunosthenic model in mice , and remarkably enhanced CD4 ＋ ,CD8 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ of the Immunorepressive model in mice . Conclusion ： the Chinese herbs - Qiang ji kang have the immune regulation function to the cellular immune responses of the immunosthenic and Immunorepressive mice .
