With the new developments in industrial pattern and global division of labor in the information age, the digital divide caused by unbalanced development is gradually emerging. Libraries are vital to eliminate digital divide. With information resources on high- speed networks, libraries will play a more eminent role in information literacy and turning the digital divide to the digital opportunity.
