莱钢铁水预处理工艺可行性方案探讨

摘要 为进一步提高转炉产能及产品质量,根据莱钢实际情况,提出了对750m3高炉铁水实施全量脱硅和脱硫预处理的方案。脱硅采用炉前铁水沟熔池喷吹方式,脱硫采用铁水包喷吹方式。预处理后铁水中的硅和硫可分别控制在0.2%和0.02%以下。通过分析选定各技术参数,认为方案可行,预期年经济效益可达600万元。 In order to improve the production ability of the converter and the product quality, according to practice condition of Laigang, the scheme of the desilication and desulphuration for the all hot metal of 750m3BFs is pointed out. The bath injection fashion on the furnace runner is adopted in desilieation and the ladle injection fashion is used in desulphuration. After the pretratment, the contents of silicon and sulfur of the hot metal can be controlled under 0.2% and 0.02% respectively. Through analyzing and selecting the primary technology parameters, the scheme is considered feasible and predicted economic benefits will reach 6000 thousand Yuan per year.
