摘要
为解决粉状物料的水分检测难题,济钢烧结厂将红外水分仪用于在线自动测量系统,并对影响红外水分仪测量精度的环境水蒸汽、环境温度、物料高度、物料形状以及环境光等因素进行了分析。实际应用表明,混合料水分稳定率在90%以上,保证了烧结生产工艺技术指标的稳定。
In order to set the moisture measure of the powder materiel,infrared moisture meter is applied in the no-line automatic measure system by the Sintering Plant of Jigang. The.factors of affecting the measure precision of the infrared moisture meter such as environmental vapor, ambient temperature, the height and shape of the material and the light of the surrounding etc are analyzed.The practical application shows that the stable ratio of the moisture of the mix materiel mixture is more than 90%, ensuring the stabilization of the production.
