高寿命脱硫喷枪的研制与应用

Development and Application of Long Life Desulphurization Lance

在对脱硫喷枪损毁原因进行分析的基础上,通过减少和均衡枪芯结构造成的应力集中,改进了枪体结构设计;以莫来石质浇注料、红柱石细粉和α-Al2O3微粉作为添加剂等设计了枪体耐火材料成分,并制定了严格的喷枪制作和烘烤工艺,解决了喷枪表面纵裂的问题,成功开发出高寿命脱硫喷枪。应用表明,喷枪使用寿命由20～30次提高到100次以上,最长使用时间达到1158min。

At the base of analyzing damage reason of the lance, long life desulphurization lance is developed by improving the design of lance body structure, for reducing and balancing the stress concentration caused by lance core structure, designing the refractory of lance body structure using mullite as castable and andalusite fine power and α-Al2O3 micro power as additive and establishing strict manufacture and bake processes, solving the vertical cracks in the lance surface. The applications show that the service life of the lance is increased to 100 heats from 20 - 30 heats and the longest service time reaches 1158 minutes.
