摘要
建立产品信息的标准化、中性化描述模型是实现产品全生命周期数据交换、信息共享与集成的基础和关键.本文首先讨论了基于STEP的产品信息模型的建模过程,以内燃机为例建立了产品功能信息模型;然后应用EXPRESS语言对其进行了描述,完整、标准、中性地表达产品模型.最后探讨了产品信息模型在具体应用系统中的实现机制.
The establishment of a standardized and neutralized description model for product information afforde a basis, for the realization of data exchange,information integration and sharing during the whole product lifecycle, in this paper,first,the process of product informamtion modeling based on STEP is introduced. Then, a function information model of engine is established and described by EXPRESS. Thus,the product model can be expressed fully in an integrated,standardized and neutralized mode. Finally,implementing mechanism of the product information model in specific application systems is discussed.
