摘要 目的探讨VEGF、血管生成在甲状腺癌中的表达以及与淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测82例甲状腺癌、19例甲状腺良性病变中VEGF、CD34的表达,分析VEGF和MVD 与甲状腺癌组织学分型、淋巴结转移和预后的关系。结果甲状腺癌组织中VEGF的表达明显高于良性病变 (P<0.01),此外,VEGF与MVD的表达与甲状腺癌淋巴结转移关系密切(P<0.01),与组织学类型无关(P >0.05)。结论 VEGF、MVD的表达增高对甲状腺癌淋巴结转移有促进作用,可作为监测肿瘤发生、发展及判断预后的指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD), lymph node metastasis and prognosis of thyroid carcinoma(TC). Methods VEGF, CD34 protein expression in 82 cases of TC and 19 cases of benign thyroid lesions were studied by streptavidin/peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemistry technique. Results There was significant difference between the expression of VEGF in malignant thyroid tumors and that in begin lesions( P〈 0.01 ). In addition, VEGF protein expression and MVD correlated significantly with lymph node metastasis(P〈 0.01 ) and had no difference in three histological types. Conclusion The increase of VEGF and MVD may promote lymph node metastasis. They can be regarded as valuable molecular markers for the tumor progression, recurrence and prognosis.
