三种内固定在胫腓骨骨折中应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察胫腓骨骨折三种内固定的疗效。方法胫腓骨骨折分别予以普通钢板螺钉、交锁髓内钉、微创经皮钢板内固定。结果随访1~3年,骨折术后愈合时间:普通钢板螺钉组平均5.2个月,交锁髓内钉组平均3.7个月,微创钢板组平均3.6个月;术后深部感染率:普通钢板螺钉组7.8%,交锁髓内钉组3.2%, 微创钢板组0%;内固定失效率:普通钢板螺钉组18.9%,,交锁髓内钉组3.2%,微创钢板组为0;术后患肢关节活动优良率:普通钢板螺钉组94.4%,交锁髓内钉组100%,微创钢板组100%。结论微创经皮钢板及交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折远期疗效满意,普通钢板螺钉内固定次之。 Objective To study the effect of three internal fixation devices(common plate,minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis and inter - locking intramedullary nail) for treating fracture of tibia. Methods All patients were divided into three groups randomly. 90 patients were treated with common plate; 31 patients were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail;35 patients were treated with minimally invasive plate osteosynthe, sis. After the three internal fixation devices were used in the fracture of tibia. Results All the patients were followed from 1 to 3 years. The union times were 5.2 months, 3.7 months and 3.6 months respectively. The rate of postoperative depth were 7.8% ,3.2% and 0% respectively. The rate of the internal fixation failure were 18.9%, 3.2% and 0% respectively. The rate of excellent and good functin of knee and ankle joints were 94.4%, 100% and 100% in the .samples. Conclusion The result showed that the long - term effect of minimally invasive plate osteoymnthesis and interlocking intramedullary nail were more .satisfactory than that of common plate for treating fracture of tibia.
