上颌平斜面导板协助方丝弓矫治器早期治疗安氏Ⅱ类一分类错(牙合)的探讨

Discussion of Early Treatment of Angle Class Ⅱ Division 1 by Maxillary Plane and Oblique Plate Aided Edgewise Appliance

目的研究利用上颌平斜面导板协助方丝弓矫治器早期治疗安氏Ⅱ类一分类错(?)的方法。方法选择18例安氏Ⅱ类一分类错(?)的患者,在用方丝弓矫治器整平牙弓,排齐上颌牙列后,用上颌平斜面导板协助治疗安氏Ⅱ类一分类错(?)。结果经过6～12个月的治疗后,18名安氏Ⅱ类一分类错(?)患者面型明显改善,磨牙和尖牙达到中性关系,前牙覆(?)覆盖正常。结论用上颌平斜面导板协助方丝弓矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类一分类错(?)的效果较为满意。

objective To study the method of early treatment. Angle ClassⅡDivision 1 by maxillary plane and oblique plate aided Edgewise appliance. Method Choose 18 patients who were Angle Class II Division 1. After lereling and aligning dental arch , doctor continue to cure by maxillary plane and ohlique plate . Result After treatment for 6-12 months, the facial patterns of all patients were improved. Molar and canine relationship was mesio - relationship. The overjet and over bite of anterior teeth was normal. Conclusion The anthor believe that the treatment effective by the way is satisfactory.
