电子出版物在现代图书馆中越来越占有举足轻重的地位,要提高电子出版物的利用率,一方面可以从合理采集,统一著录格式,统一收藏,对电子出版物进行科学管理的角度来实施;另一方面可以通过建设特色电子文献,实现电子资源共享,加大电子出版物的宣传咨询,创新图书馆的服务方式,对电子出版物进行多方位的开发利用来考虑。

Electronic publication is playing a more and more important role in modem library. In order to improve the utilization of electronic publication, we should manage scientifically, including reasonable collection, recording form integration, and storage integratively. On the other hand, we should exploit electronic publication in many ways, including constructing special electronic documents, jointly sharing electronic resource, improving propaganda and consultation of electronic publication, and creating the sevice of library.
