摘要 介绍了钢铁主流程工序监控、管理和绩效评价系统的设计目标,建立了工序监控的层级模型和绩效评价总体模型,设计了集团公司领导和各职能部门的功能,总结了本系统的技术特点和创新点。 This paper introduces the design aims of iron and steel main process working procedure monitor, management and performance evaluation system, establishes process monitor hiberarchy models and performance evaluation models, designs function of the leaders and function departments, summarizes characters in technology and innovations of the system.
