摘要
“律师费转付制度”在我国目前的司法实践中呈现出混乱无序的状态,为维护司法的权威性和统一性,促成这一制度的出台,该文试就理论和实践中困扰司法工作者的几个问题进行剖析,并从公平和正义的原则提出相应的操作性建议。
Attorney fee transfer payment system is in turmoil in current juridical practice Of our country. In order to uphold juridical authority and unification and enable the establishment of this system, several problems currently perplexing juridical practitioner both in theory and in practice are analyzed in this paper. Corresponding operational suggestions are given based on equity and justice principles.
