大学语文:在两难抉择中寻求次优——兼论《大学语文》教育的时代转型

University Chinese: Seeking the Second Excellence in a Dilemma On the Education Reform of the course " University Chinese"

在不少高校,大学语文正在为各种专业课"让路",课时被不断压缩。高校教学体制中的某些不合理因素更让一些优秀教师纷纷远离大学语文的讲台。而与此形成鲜明对照的是,大学生对中文的驾驭能力、对文学的品鉴水平却不容乐观。随着高校课程改革的推行,把大学语文改造为以全面培养非中文专业学生的人文素质为宗旨的新课程,是教、学双方共同的要求。

In many universities, the course of University Chinese ＂gives way＂ for the various professional courses, and the periods is compressed constantly. Some unreasonable factors in the teaching system even make some outstanding Chinese teacher far away from the platform. On the sharp contrast, it allows of no optimist on the students ability to use Chinese and the level to appreciate the works of literature. With the implementation of University＇ s Course Reform, it becomes the demands both of teaching and learning that the course of University Chinese should be transformed as a new course focusing on training comprehcnsivelv the humanities quatity of non-Chinese professional students.
