《浙江水利水电专科学校学报》2001—2004年统计分析与进入核心期刊行列的思考 被引量:2

摘要 为达到《浙江水利水电专科学校学报》“立足浙江、面向全国、迈向新世纪”、“立足专科、提高水平、走向本科”,及《学报》在学校“升本”后上水平、上层次,进入“统计源期刊”和“核心期刊”行列的目标,就必须知已知彼,明确《学报》今后的定位、特色和办刊模式,为此,需要对该学报近年来的工作进行客观分析与总结。经采用文献计量学方法对该学报2001—2004年刊载论文和作者等状况进行统计分析,及与该刊1987—2000年统计数据[1,2]的对比分析,从一个侧面反映出该校学科优势分布、教职工教学、科技水平以及学报自身发展状况,并通过与《南昌水专学报》《黑龙江水专学报》等同类型学报的及有关统计数据[3,4]的比较研究,提出了与此有关的建议与措施。同时也为该校“升本”、科研管理、师资队伍建设等方面提供有价值的参考数据。 Fighting for the goal of "Footholding in Zhejiang, Catering to the whole country and Advancing towards the New Century" and "Footholding in college, Improving the Standard and Advancing towards University" for the Journal of Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College, it is necessary to know the counterparts and the Journal itself, and to make a definite direction, characteristics and style of the Journal. Therefore, objective analysis and summary should be made on the works of the Journal in the past few years. In accordance with the statistical analysis on the published papers and the authors in the Journal between 2001 and 2004 by the way of literature metrology, this paper attempts to reflect the advantage distribution of the disciplines, the teaching conditions of the faculty, the level of science and technology as well as the development of the Jouranl in the College. Furthermore, suggestions and measures are put forward on the basis of the comparing with the Journal of Nanchang College and that of Heilongjiang College. Thus, valuable reference information can be drawn for the management of scientific research and the further training of the faculty in the College.
