摘要
介绍了我国保安处分立法概况,简要分析了其缺陷与不足,并进一步提出了完善我国保安处分立法的几点建议。
The article has introduced the outline of the legislation of China＇ s measure of safety. It has put up with the weakness and offered some advices on its improvement.
