摘要
采用对照实验法,对体育系普修学生技巧踺子小翻连接技术教学进行程序教学法与传统教学法的比较研究。结果证明:程序教学法在该技术教学中,符合体育系学生体操基础水平与学习能力,能从技术上保证该技术的合理分解,教学上符合复杂技术教学中的人体条件反射原理,教学结果优于传统教学法。建议在体操其他复杂技术教学中广泛采用程序教学法。
With experiments in contrast, we compared the separate- step method and the traditional teaching method in the teaching of combining techniques of Arab Spring and Back Handspring in Department of Physical Education. This research has proved that the separate - step method is more suitable for students' basic gymnastic skills and their learning abilities, and can technically guarantee reasonable division of separate steps in this technique, and conforms to the principle of conditioned reflex of human body which supports the teaching of complex techniques. The separate- step method brings about better results. So we suggest the separate- step method be extensively used in the teaching of other complex gymnastic techniques.
