摘要
目的:对16PF第五版进行中文量表的初步翻译与修订,为在中国应用提供操作性依据。方法:选取325名被试进行施测,其中大学生被试161名,外企员工被试164名,主要从事销售,客服与采购工作。结果:修订的量表重测信度系数从0.49(因素L)至0.93(因素H);内在一致性系数偏低,从0.39(因素L)至0.86(因素H)。因素分析结果表明16种人格因素分量表基本负荷了五个综合因素。结论:修订的量表在大学生和企业员工中具有较好的适应性,但仍需进一步修订以提高部分分量表的内在一致性。
Objective: The 5th version of 16PF, is translated into Chinese and has undergone primary revision, so that operational techniques of its usage in China can be obtained. Methods: The 16PF 5th Chinese version was administered to 325 subjects, of which 161 are college students and the other 164 are foreign enterprise employees. Results: The testrest reliability ranging from 0.49 (Factor L) to 0.93 (Factor H). The internal consistency reliability ranged from 0.39(Factor L) to 0.86 (Factor H). The factor analysis result showed that 16 primary factors are generally loaded on five global factors. Conclusion: The Chinese revision of 16PF 5th has an excellent applicability among college students and enterprise employees. However, the scale still needs further revision to improve some subseales' internal consistency.
