政府在应对技术性贸易壁垒中的主导作用

On the Role Government Played in Countering TBT Agreement

中国在加入世贸组织时,其他成员国对中国执行的包括技术性措施在内的贸易政策表示了关注。而外国技术性贸易壁垒对我国出口的影响也越来越严重。积极学习和掌握《技术性贸易壁垒协定》(以下简称《TBT协定》),才能更有效地应对技术性贸易壁垒。针对外国技术性贸易壁垒,政府无疑应该起主导作用,行业协会、企业也应积极学习有关贸易协定的知识,齐心协力地跨越外国技术性贸易壁垒,同时筑起我们自己的技术性贸易防卫体系,尽快缩短我们在技术性贸易壁垒方面与发达国家的差距。

WTO and its serial Agreements has become the focus of recent research. Being a new member of WTO, our research on WTO is far from enough. In terms of technical development, the unbalance and asymmetry between China and the U. S. A. , Japan, the EC is quite evident. And China＇s export is facing more and stricter restriction of technical barriers. So a good mastery of the TBT Agreement is much hehaful for us to take countermeasures.
