摘要
介绍了某公司4#炉排粉机高压变频改造的方案。依据实践效果,分析了排粉机高压变频改造对节能、优化制粉系统性能、简化运行操作、改善三次风对锅炉燃烧的影响、稳定燃烧等起到的积极作用。
This paper introduced high-tension transducer reconstruction project insporter to coal powder of 4^# boil. Based on practical effect, this paper analyses the reconstruction project＇s positive role in economy onenergy, optimizes milling system＇s capability, simplifies runining manual, improves 3 times air influence on boiler combustion, and stabilizes combustion and so on.
