摘要
为了检验目前应用较为广泛的LPG/汽油双燃料改造汽车的实际排放和能源效益,采用车载尾气检测设备(OEM2100)收集了两辆LPG/汽油双燃料汽车的实时尾气排放数据,比较了实验车辆在使用LPG和汽油两种燃料时的实际排放结果,包括在不同工况下的排放结果的比较。比较结果显示,两车在使用LPG燃料时排放并不理想。本文还分析了两车使用LPG燃料的排放特点,又对两种燃料的经济性做了比较,得出车辆在使用LPG时的燃油经济性较好。
The present paper intends to introduce its research on the actual emission and the benefits of the energy gain with the reconstructed vehicles using the LPG/Gasoline mixed fuels so far already widely adopted. In doing so, the paper applied the onboard emission measurement (OEM-2100) system for collecting the real-time emission data of two vehicles with LPG/Gasoline as their fuels. To make the research successful, first of all, it has carefully picked up the most suitable data gathering apparatus, the vehicles to be tested, the experimental and the data gathering methods, then it has compared the actual emissions with the two different kinds of fuels. While doing the comparison, it was found that Xiali produced higher HC and CO average emission per kilometer when LPC, is used, but NOx production is slightly lower than gasoline. As to Fukang, the vehicle produced HC and CO average emission per kilometer with LPG as fuel, as compared with gasoline, HC average emission per kilometer proves 22 times higher, whereas, the CO average emission per kilometer proves 16 times higher, but NOx average emission proves much lower. Thus, the emission results gained indicate that the two vehicles have a pool emission perfomlance especially with HC and CO when LPG fuel is used. Therefore, the present research has provided a useful analysis for the reasous why the LPG produces higher emissions. It has also given the analysis of emission characteristics of the reconstructed vehicles when LPG; fuel is used: the NOx emission is higher when the cars accderated or run at a lower speed, but lower with NOx emission at the deceleration; HC emission is higher when the vehicles run at a lower speed or acceleration mode, but lower under high speed or uniformity speed mode, the CO emission was higher when the vehicles run under acceleration mode, but lower under decelerates mode. Furthermore, the research presents a comparison to the economy of the two different fuels and obtains the resttlt of the fuel economy of LPG is better than gasoline.
