摘要 介绍了一种新型的HN-300型银离子无机抗菌剂的抗菌原理和特性,阐述了开发生产抗菌干法腈纶的方法和技术。经过一系列实验,确定了银离子无机抗菌剂添加到纤维中的比例。通过原液制备、纺丝、丝束水洗、卷曲和烘干等工艺,制得了含有1%抗菌剂的干法腈纶纤维产品,纤维具有良好的可纺性能,能满足消费者对保健纺织品日益增长的需求,抗菌干法腈纶纤维及其后加工纺织品都有很好的永久性抗菌性能。结果表明,HN-300型银离子无机抗菌剂在纤维中分散均匀,纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抗菌率均达99%以上。同时,纤维的抗菌性能耐水洗、耐热,具有持久性。 Thc anti-microbial mechanisms and the specific characteristics of HN - 300 type silver-ion inorganic antimicrobial agent are introduced in this paper. The methods and techniques to produce the permanent anti-microbial dry-spun fiber are described. By a series experiments, the proportion of the HN - 300 silver-ion inorganic anti-microbial agent appended into the fiber are determined. The preparation of filament solution, spinning, filament washing, filament crimping and drying process are included. A permanent antimicrobial dry-spun acrylic fiber with antibacterial agent content of 1% by mass fraction is produced. The fiber has nice spinning-ability and can satisfy the growing needs of customer for healthful textiles day by day. The fibers and the post-manufactured goods all have nice permanent anti-microbial property. The results showed that the HN -300 antimicrobial agent dispersed in the dry-spun acrylic fiber uniformly, and the fibers have an anti-microbial efficiency above 99% against staphylococcus and coliform bacillus. In addition, the antimicrobial property are water-proof and heatresistant, thereby it is continuous.
