虎杖药材高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:建立虎杖药材指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用 Agilent^(3D)CE 高效毛细管电泳仪,未涂渍熔融石英毛细管(75μm×48.5cm,有效长度40.0cm),压力进样5.25Pa×3s,运行缓冲液为10mmol.L^(-1)硼酸钠溶液-甲醇(1:1),检测波长为220nm,运行电压30kV,温度25℃,内标为厚朴酚。结果:确定了虎杖药材甲醇提取部分12个共有峰,不同产地虎杖样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度系数均在0.9以上,可用于虎杖药材的定性鉴别。结论:方法准确可靠,为提高虎杖药材质量控制标准提供参考。 Objective:To establish the fingerprint of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati by HPCE. Method:Untreated fused silica capillary (48.5 cm×75 μm, effective length is 40 cm) was used. Pressure injection of 5.25 Pa × 3 s was employed, and the temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. The samples were analyzed with 10 mmol · L^-1 sodium borate -methanol( 1:1 ) running buffer at 30 kV voltage. The internal standard substance was magnolol. Result: 12 common peaks were found in the fingerprints of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0. 9 were found in fingerprints between the herbs from different sources and the standard fingerprint, which can be utilized for the identification of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati. Condusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, providing a new reference for quality control of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati.
