摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱测定竹红菌中竹红菌甲素含量的方法。方法:采用 Zorbax Extend-C_(18)柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇与水(83:17,体积比)为流动相,流速1mL·min^(-1)。荧光检测器激发波长为410nm,发射波长610nm。结果:竹红菌甲素在25~250μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为100.3%。结论:本分析方法简便快速,灵敏准确,可用于竹红菌中竹红菌甲素含量的测定。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hypocrellin A (HA) in HypocreUa bambusae (B. et Br. ) Sacc samples. Method: A Zorbax Extend - C,scolumn (4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) and a mobile phase consisting of methanol -water (83:17 by volume) were employed. The HPLC conditions were: flowing rate 1 mL · min^-1, injection aliquot 10 μL, column temperature 30 ℃, fluorescence detection excitation wave- length 410 nm and emission wavelength 610 nm. Results: HA showed good linearity(r = 0. 9999) in the range of 25 -250μg· mL^-1. The average recovery (n =6 ) was 100.3%. Conclusion: The HPLC -FLD method is simple,sensitive,accurate and rapid for the determination of HA in Hypocrella bambusae( B. et Br. ) Sacc.
