摘要 目的:研究了金属离子对多西环素(DC)体系荧光光谱的影响。方法:用日立 F-3010型荧光分光光度计测定,在表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下,DC 与Zn^(2+)形成络合物而使 DC 荧光增强,其λ_(ex)=398nm,λ_(em)=520nm。测定时最佳pH 为9.85。结果:DC 浓度在1.25~9.5μg·mL^(-1)范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数0.9943,检测限为0.014μg·mL^(-1)。结论:该方法应用到实际样品的测定,结果满意。 Objective:To study the influence of metal ions on the fluorescence spectra of doxycycline (DC). Methods: Hitachi F- 3010 model spectrofluorimeter. With the presence of SDS, DC react with Zn^2+ and form a complex,the fluoresence intensity was added with λex = 398 nm, λem = 520 rim. The fluorescence intensity of DC reached maxinum at pH =9. 85. Results:The fluorescence intensity was linearly related to the DC concentration in the range of 1.25 - 9. 5 μg · mL^-1with correlation coefficient 0. 9943. The determination limit was 0. 014 μg · mL^-1. Conclusion:It was satisfactorily applied into the determination of DC in pharmaceutical preparations.
