HPLC法测定复方芦荟软胶囊中芦荟苷的含量

HPLC determination of aloin in compound Luhui soft-capsules

目的:建立测定复方芦荟软胶囊中芦荟苷含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,ZORBAX-C_(18)(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水-0.1%磷酸溶液(45:55:0.5)为流动相,检测波长356nm,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),柱温25℃。结果:芦荟苷进样量在0.60～11.9μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9996,芦荟苷平均加样回收率为97.3%,RSD 为1.1%(n=5)。结论:本方法可靠性高,准确性和重现性好,适用于复方芦荟软胶囊中芦荟苷的含量测定。

Objectlve：To develop an HPLC method for determination of assay of aloin in compound Luhui soft - capsules. Methods：The analytical column was a ZORBAX - C18 （4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water -0. 1% phosphoric acid（45： 55：0.5 ） ,the flow - rate was 1.0 mL · min^ -1. The injection volume was 20 μL. The detector wavelength was set at 356 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results： Thecalibration curve was linear over the range of 0.60 - 11.9 μg （ r = 0. 9996 ）. The average recovery of the method was 97.3%, RSD was 1.1% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion ：The proposed method would be used in the quantitative analysis of aloin and the method is convenient, economical and accurate with good reproducibility.
