HPLC determination of ephedrine in Zhisou Dingchuan pills

目的:建立止嗽定喘丸中麻黄的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC 测定止嗽定喘丸中麻黄碱的含量,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,甲醇-水(35:65)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1)。结果:此方法线性关系良好(r=0.9996);平均回收率(n=6)为97.1%,RSD=1.13%。结论:方法简单,结果准确,可用于止嗽定喘丸的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the determination of ephedrine in Zhisou Dingchuan pills. Methods： The determination of ephedrine was carried out by HPLC with octodelyl silicohydrides silanes bonded silica gel as a packing materiah, methanol - water （ 35 ： 65 ） as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 254 nm, flow rate at 1.0 mL · min^- 1. Results： The method showed a good linear relationship （ r = 0. 9996 ）. The average recovery （ n = 6 ） was 97. 1%, RSD was 1.13 %. Conclusion：The method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for quality control of Zhisou Dingchuan pills.
