摘要
利用PCR-RFLP技术对新荣昌Ⅰ系猪(70头)的CAST基因进行多态分析,并就限制性酶切位点多态性与新荣昌Ⅰ系猪肉的嫩度、肉色、滴水损失、失水率、大理石纹和肌内脂肪含量等肉质性状之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,首次发现的CAST/MspⅠ酶切位点中,DD基因型与肌脂含量IMP(%)存在显著正相关;CAST-RsaI酶切位点中,EF基因型与失水率LMR(%)存在显著负相关。
Polymorphism of CAST gene of swine New Rongchang strain I (70 individuals) was studied by RCR - RFLP. The relationship between polymorphism of CAST gene and meat quality traits (tenderness, meat color, drip loss, dehydrating rate, Marbling and intramuscular fat (IMF) content) was analyzed. It was firstly found out that the genotype DD was positively correlated with IMP content among CAST/Msp I sites, while the genotype EF was negatively correlated with dehydrating rate among CAST - Rsa I.
