离子注入过程中真空和温度对小麦幼苗生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以鉴54、豫农118及豫麦18号为材料,研究了离子注入过程中靶室环境因子真空和温度对小麦幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,真空对试验材料的出苗率影响不大,其出苗率都在90%左右。温度对出苗率的影响随着剂量率的增加逐渐明显:1mA剂量率离子注入产生的温度升高对种子的出苗率影响和真空相似,2mA、3mA剂量率的温度升高对出苗率影响随着处理时间的延长逐渐下降。对幼苗生长势而言,真空处理表现出对幼苗生长的刺激作用。随着剂量率增加,温度对小麦幼苗损伤程度逐渐加剧,具体表现在苗高降低、第1叶长变短。剂量率间差异显著,品种间有辐射敏感性差异。 Embryos of wheat varieties Jian 54, Yunong 118 and Yumai 18 were implanted by different dose rates of N + with the energy of 30 keV. The result showed that the germination rates of 3 varieties were all over 90% in vacuum situation; the influence of temperature on livability increased with the dose rate increasing from lmA to 3mA. The influence of lmA was similar to that of vacuum, but at the dose rate of 2mA or 3mA, the longer implantation time, the lower germination rate, resulting from the temperature rising which resulted in lower seedling height and shorter first leaf. The effects of temperature varied among varieties.
