基于族表的金刚石锯片基体零件库研制

摘要 介绍了Pro/E(Pro/Engineer)平台下,采用族表技术建立金刚石锯片基体零件模型数据库的方法和步骤。首先建立金刚石锯片基体父模型,然后创建族表,选择模型中的动态尺寸作为族表的可变参数,最后添加不同规格的基体实例,完成金刚石锯片基体的零件库的建立。调用族表就能自动生成不同规格的三维模型,通过实例进行了演示。 The method and process of family-table technology were introduced to create the diamond saw blade matrix model library under Pro/E systems. At first, the father - model was established. Then, the family-table was created and the dynamic dimension as volatile parameter of family-table was selected. At last, various specification instances were added into the family-table, and a library for diamond saw blade matrix tnodels was setup. When Calling the family-table, the multifarious standard three-dimensions model could be built automatically.
