摘要
针对水泥生产过程中粉尘质量分数超标的问题,利用主成分法对水泥厂定期测定的数据进行分析,综合7类粉尘的质量分数超标率信息,反映水泥厂粉尘综合污染程度,得出水泥厂粉尘质量分数超标率综合指数,对改造更新除尘设备后的水泥厂的粉尘治理效果作出评价。说明粉尘质量分数超标率综合指数的研究方法对于评价水泥厂的综合污染程度,引导有效防尘,进而迅速改变水泥企业粉尘危害现状,具有重要意义。
In view of the problem that the dust's concentration excess standard in the cement production process, this paper uses the main composition method to analyze the data, which the cement plant determines regularly. Through synthesizing the information of the excess standard rate of seven kinds of dust's density, it reflects the dust's synthetically polluted degree in the cement plant and gets the dust's density comprehensive index of the excess standard rate in the cement plant and then appraises the dust control's effect after transforming and renewing dust remover in the cement plant. This paper shows that the research method of the comprehensive index of the excess standard rate of dust's density has an important significance for appraising the dust's synthetically polluted degree in the cement plant and leading the effective dustproof and then changing the present situation of dust harm in the cement plant.
