This article analyses causes of confusion of the personal names of Kazakh transcribed by Chinese characters thoroughly from both objective factors and subjective factors, evaluates the standard of Corresponding Table between the Syllables of Kazakh language and Chinese Characters, and puts special stress on the importance of both standard and everybody＇s duty to observe rules.
