肾移植术后早期肺部感染的诊断与治疗(附5例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of the interstitial pneumonia in the early stage following renal transplantation:Report of five cases

目的探讨肾移植术后早期肺部感染的临床特点及其诊治方法。方法报告5例肾移植术后早期肺部感染患者的诊治过程,并对其病理生理及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果5例患者均在发病早期确诊,并经短期治疗痊愈。结论肾移植术后早期肺炎临床诊断为病毒感染引起的间质性肺炎,通过新的诊治方法,可以实现早期诊断,显著缩短疗程并提高治愈率。

Objective To elucidate both the clinical characteristics and the diagnosis and treatment of the pneumonia in the early period following renal transplantation, Methods The diagnostic and therapeutic procedures of five cases of pneumonia in the early period following transplantation were reported and a retrospective study of patho-physiology and clinical data of the five cases was made. Results All of the five cases were diagnosed in the early stage of the disease and successfully cured by short-term treatment. Conclusion Pneumonia in the early period following renal transplantation is clinically diagnosed as a kind of the interstitial pneumonia most likely caused hy CMV. By the means of original diagnosis and treatment, the disease can be diagnosed in the early stage and the duration of the treatment can reduce while the cure rate can be improved.
