摘要
用光学显微镜、SEM和TEM等手段分析研究了淬火温度对2CrllNiMo1VNbNB钢组织和性能的影响.由于α相的未充分回复和再结晶,固溶和析出强化的影响,淬火温度升高,强度指标上升,塑性基本保持不变,冲击韧性逐步降低,冲击断口的断裂机制也逐步由准解理加穿晶塑性断裂过渡到准解理加解理断裂.
In this paper,the effect of quenching temperature on the structure and properties has been studied with microscope,TEM and SEM. With quenching temperature increasing, the tensile strength increased,tensile ductility kept constant,but impact value decreased obviously,and the quasicleavage and transgranular impact fractures were transformed gradually to quasicleavage and cleavage fractures because a phase didn't recover and recrystalize fully,the soluted alloying elements and precipitates strengthened the steel.
